Inspiring Employers is a certification programme built on a robust employee experience research methodology.
The programme evaluates the work experience organisations provide through real employee feedback and highlights companies that create a truly inspiring environment for their people.
Since 1997, Ide Consulting has built a strong body of insight from studies involving hundreds of thousands of employees each year, enabling organisations to benchmark employee experience performance against a comprehensive database.

Within the scope of the 2025 Inspiring Workplaces Certification Programme, companies participating in the research between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 were evaluated across 45 different sectors and approximately 265 organisations. Thirty companies that created an inspiring workplace environment and employee experience were recognised by their own employees as “Inspiring Employers”.
How Is It Determined?
Among all companies in the programme with 50 or more employees, those ranking in the top quartile for Employee Engagement and Experience score are awarded.
