Who We Are
Ide Consulting provides consultancy services to large and multinational companies in the areas of employee engagement, leadership development, talent management, corporate culture, employer branding, and HR systems and practices, with the aim of enhancing organizational efficiency.
Since 1997, we have been combining the data we gather on employee experience with cutting-edge and human-centered solutions, working with a holistic perspective that creates real impact on leaders, corporate culture, and engagement.
Our History
1995 - 1997
Cengiz Gürleyik has started to provide support as Hewitt's contact point in Turkey for the international projects conducted by Hewitt in Turkey
1997 - 2006
In 1997, İde was established to represent Hewitt in Turkey. İde began its operations as a consulting firm serving a limited number of selected clients, consisting of Hewitt's international clients.
2006 - 2010
Comprehensive operations including HR and Actuarial consulting services began in Turkey. The Actuarial services branched off as a separate legal entity. Both organizations continued to work closely together to maintain the quality of services in both areas of expertise.
2010 - 2015
In 2010, Aon globally acquired Hewitt. Consulting activities continued under the “Aon Hewitt” brand without any changes in both local and international reporting lines.
2015 - 2019
In 2019, Aon Hewitt globally decided to transfer its employee engagement, organizational culture, leadership development services, and related products to Spencer Stuart, a world leader in executive search and leadership development consulting. Spencer Stuart subsequently created the “Kincentric” brand worldwide as part of this transfer.
From 2019 to present
It remained a strategic partner of Aon and Kincentric until 2025.
From 2025 to present
Following the transfer of Kincentric operations in 2025, Ide Consulting decided to remain independent, aligned with its experience, customer perspective, team, vision, and values, and continues to grow its activities with its self-developed methodology and technology.
